The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Formation of Authorized Capitals of Economic Associations) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2639) coordinates regulations of Article 86 of the Economic Code and Article 13 of the Law "On Economic Associations" that prohibit attraction of budgetary funds to the formation of authorized capitals of economic associations, with the Law "On Banks and Banking Activity" that allows such a procedure in case the authorized capitals of State banks are formed.
